WHO WE ARE
London is one of the most diverse cities in the world, yet thousands of young people from ethnically diverse communities still face systemic barriers, educational disadvantage, unemployment, mental health challenges and social exclusion. FutureGEN London exists to change that.
We are a youth-led charity with a bold vision: a city where every young person, regardless of background, has the opportunity to thrive. Our mission is simple yet powerful, to empower ethnically diverse youth aged 16–25 through education, employment readiness, mental health support and leadership development.

FutureGEN delivers a suite of interconnected programmes that address the educational, emotional and economic needs of young people.
Each programme is designed to be inclusive, culturally relevant and evidence informed. Programmes are designed to be modular and scalable, allowing FutureGEN to adapt delivery based on local needs, available resources and participant feedback.
